Rebate Details
To qualify for the $200 Visa Reward Card, you must sign a contract to purchase a Lumin Smart Panel between October 15 and December 15, 2024. The rebate, along with the required documentation, must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on May 31, 2025.
Claim your rebate in three easy steps:
Download the rebate form.
Complete the form. Be sure to note the promo code, “SMARTER24”. Any errors may create a delay in processing.
Email the rebate form, along with proof of purchase in the form of a countersigned sales agreement and the two required photos of the installed Lumin Smart Panel to [email protected].
Note: Please include one front facing image of the installed Lumin Smart Panel and one side facing image so that the UPC code (found on the same side as the switches and ports) is visible.
Include the phrase “Lumin Rebate” in the subject line for expedited handling.
Once the installation is verified, your Visa Gift Card will be mailed to the contact on file within 6-8 weeks.
Terms and Conditions
Offer valid only on the following product codes: LSP-Indoor and LSP-Outdoor. Rebates may not be applied to quotes on existing proposals or past purchases. Rebate form must be completed and submitted to [email protected] with required documentation by May 1, 2025. Allow eight (8) weeks for processing. Late submissions or those submitted without proper documentation and signatures will be subject to delay or cancellation. Your personal information will only be used to process your rebate and will not be shared with any third party. For more information on how we handle data, please review Lumin’s Privacy Policy. Lumin reserves the right to modify the rebate program at any time. Offer void where prohibited. Available while supplies last. No more than two rebates per household, regardless of how many Lumin Smart Panels are installed.
Visa Gift Card Terms
Card is non-reloadable. No cash or ATM access. Cards are shipped active and ready for use. Funds do not expire. If available funds remain on your card after the valid thru date has passed, please call Visa customer service for a replacement card. To protect the money loaded to this card, the gift card recipient should register with Visa.
